- Use of bathroom and necessary paper products
- 6 CD changer and stereo system
- Tables and chairs
- Security guard
- Linens
- Cleaning fee

Policy:
- The Ballroom is reserved on a one event per day basis.
- Guests must vacate the premises no later than 11:00 pm, no exceptions.
